Q：How can we change the exit station into entry station?
Click the target station in main interface,
Click change station in the popup,
Select the entry station in the pull-down list,
Save the setting.
Q：How long time the activated carbon filter should be changed?
Depending on the use frequency, commonly 3-6 months we should change the carbon filter.
Q：To avoid the reagents evaporation, can we shut down the waste gas exhaust system?
The fan can be set as open, intelligent and shut down modes for different needs.
In open mode, the fan keeps running.
In intelligent mode, the fan will be started according to the setting value.
In shut down mode, the fan will be not running.
Q：The washing site does not drain automatically from the hole or Rinse tank leaking not smoothly.
We do not have routine cleaning for water tank after long time use and clean the washing tank.
Q：Water spills sometimes during machine use.
The drainage pipe and the waste water tank have too much dirt, which leads to poor drainage.
Q：Turn on power switch, the equipment has no response. (Mechanical arm is not reset, display screen is not lightened up.
Confirm that the main power line and jumper are connected correctly;
Confirm that F2 fuse is normal;
Confirm that the leakage protector and overload protector are in closing positions;
Replace the internal switching mode power supply;
Replace UPS jumper
