Higher level service plans will provide more value-added services.

DAKEWE products are covered by a one-year "Manufacturer’s Warranty". An "Extended Basic Warranty and Service Agreement" provides extended coverage for a "DAKEWE product" for maximum two additional years (=maximum 7 years from initial shipment date). The Extended Basic Warranty Agreement also entitles the distributor to receive software and documentation updates which DAKEWE may publish during the term of the Extended Basic Warranty Agreement.

An Extended Basic Warranty Agreement can be purchased with the order of a new instrument, but latest two years after the initial shipping date (shipped ex DAKEWE). In any event, each Extended Basic Warranty Agreement must be purchased prior to the expiration of a previous warranty term.
